The bill (Reg. No. 2153) suggests allow smoking of tobacco products within catering institutions of private form of ownership “whose main activity lies in providing catering services and organization of leisure activities exclusively for consumers using tobacco products”.

Committee members made a number of remarks to the bill. Attention was also attached to the opinion of the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat.
